Bowerbirds Ordering Information
Some of our items are available at our online Etsy store. Most are not. For the rest, please e-mail me at Bowerbirds1@aol.com or call me at (713) 728-3750 to confirm availability of bead, color mix or jewelry styles and colors. If you have e-mail, I can photograph your requested item and e-mail you an image of it for approval before purchase. Each piece of jewelry is more or less one of a kind, though I do make duplicates whenever possible. Your jewelry will equal or exceed the quality of these images and materials descriptions, even if I cannot exactly match a bead mix shown. Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back if you notify me and send back your jewelry within 7 days in original condition. Add 8-1/4% state sales tax if you are a Texas resident. Your postage costs will be whatever I pay (see USPS website to estimate, most run about $2 to $5 first class parcel). No handling costs.
For mail orders, Bowerbirds accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, and PayPal. PayPal is easy. You have to have an account with PayPal to use it. Follow their prompts and remember to use my e-mail, bowerbirds1@aol.com.
For credit card purchases, please call me with your card number, its expiration date, your credit card billing address with Zip code, and your shipping address if different from your billing address. If it is present on your card, I will also need the three-digit security code number from the back of the card. This is the rightmost three digits above the signature area. This information is required by my bank and is kept confidential. Thank you for your business!
